A beautiful 17th-century arcaded square and its adjacent streets where the tapas bars in Alcoi gather. It is a ritual for Alcoyans to go out for tapas, which in Alcoy are called \u201ctaretes\u201d<\/p>\n

The “Pericana” is perhaps the most representative dish of the gastronomy in Alicante Interior and the Alcoi\u00e0-Comtat regions [\/ caption]<\/figcaption><\/figure>Another essential gastronomic dish if you visit the Mountain of Alicant<\/strong>e is the rice, which is cooked wonderfully in Alcoi in all its forms.
