The building, built in 1915, is a testimony of Modernism as an urban art that comes to Alcoy thanks to its important industrial development and its sociocultural link with the high bourgeoisie.<\/p>\n

Outstanding location in the heart of Alcoy, a few steps from the Plaza de Espa\u00f1a and the Church of Santa Mar\u00eda. It has 3 studios, 3 apartments and 1 penthouse from whose private terraces you can enjoy amazing views of Alcoy and the area.<\/p>\n
